In the depths of pandemic sludge, Samin and Hrishikesh were a bright spot, sharing quarantine cooking advice and their warm and funny friendship through their Home Cooking podcast. We were immediately smitten with their joyful approach to food, and knew we needed to bring them to the Eats & Beats table.

The evening began with a duo of drinks:
Mango-nificient Margaritas (a food pun for Hrishi) and the Samin Spritz -
We started with the Herb & Radish Salad with Feta and Walnuts, a salad so good, it seemed destined to be the star of the night. But the Turkey Tikka Misala held its own (with an assist from a side of Naan bread and the crispy perfection that is Tahdig).
